About

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a hands-on approach that supports healthy communication between your brain, body, and movement systems. When these systems work well together, you move, feel, and function with greater ease.

Treatment at ChiroDynamics goes beyond the traditional adjustment. It involves an integrated blend of hands-on techniques, movement retraining, device-assisted therapies, and education; all designed to reduce pain, improve function, and support your body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.

If you’d like to explore the specific treatment techniques and presentations that commonly lead people to chiropractic care, you can find them here.

My Story

I qualified as a Chiropractor through the Durban University of Technology in 2013. A growing interest in why pain develops, persists, and resolves led me to further training, including the Pain Certificate through Train Pain (2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management at the University of Cape Town (2021).

These studies shifted my understanding of recovery from a purely structural perspective to a more dynamic one that recognises the interaction between the brain, body, nervous system, and each person’s lived experience.

Above all, it is years of working with people in clinical settings that has shaped the way I practice today. I am endlessly fascinated by the human body, and I value that this work allows me to share that curiosity in ways that help people create meaningful change.

My Approach

Every assessment considers the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence how your system responds to stress and load.

My approach is simple and intentional: treatment is a conversation with your physiology; guiding sensitive systems toward ease, confidence, and movement freedom. This is why education is integrated throughout every session; understanding the processes driving your pain can calm your nervous system as effectively as hands-on care, and supports the work we do with movement and manual therapy.

True recovery is more than symptom relief. It involves restoring confidence in your body, making informed decisions, and building sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
