My Story 

I qualified as a Chiropractor through the Durban University of Technology in 2013. A growing curiosity about pain led me to complete the Pain Certificate through Train Pain (2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management through the University of Cape Town (2021).

These studies reshaped the way I understand recovery, moving beyond structure and symptoms to the dynamic relationship between the brain, body, and lived experience of pain; but it is years of experience working with real people that has truly shaped my practice.

My Approach

Every assessment considers the biopsychosocial factors (physical, emotional, and lifestyle) that shape the way your system responds to stress and load.

A mechanistic framework is used to tailor treatment toward the specific processes driving your pain. I’ve seen first-hand how understanding has the ability to calm the nervous system as powerfully as touch. That’s why education is woven into the fabric of every treatment; integrating knowledge with hands-on therapy and movement: the trifecta of effective treatment.
